As Assistant Drawing Room Manager you will lead from the front and enable the team to achieve the highest levels of standards and service at all times. You'll monitor and develop service and operational systems to provide a seamless guest experience across the hotels Drawing room space

The Person
The ideal Assistant Drawing Room Manager will have the following:
* Previous experience in a similar role within a 5 star luxury property or fine dining restaurant.
* Immaculate presentation
* Have strong people management skills and the ability to train and motivate people
* To be a pivotal and charismatic figurehead for the department ensuring the highest levels of hospitality are achieved
* Be patient and comfortable working under pressure
* Excellent communication skills and be approachable
* Excellent guest relations skills
* Talent for creating a positive team environment
