Account Manager
Location: Selfridges Trafford Centre
Contract: Permanent, 35 hours/week, any 5 out of 7 days

Job Purpose
In line with the Fragrance & Beauty vision and mission, the Account Manager will lead an energetic and passionate team dedicated to creating experiences with our clients. They will be responsible for all retail activities that contribute to the brand's image and market leadership by liaising with field and head office functions. The role includes managing the daily operations of the counter and coaching the team.
Key Responsibilities
Leading the team
* Guide the team towards achieving results and developing individual talents
* Create an environment of ethics, integrity, and diversity to foster positive collaboration
* Address employee relations issues with support from the Retail Development Manager, in accordance with policies
* Facilitate communication within the team to ensure shared knowledge
* Share the brand vision and business challenges, empowering the team while holding them accountable
Business Development
* Build CHANEL's client portfolio through data capture aligned with brand expectations
* Develop initiatives in line with the brand's strategy
* Manage staff rotas and operational zoning for optimal client experience
* Communicate stock needs to relevant parties
* Provide feedback and reports to influence strategies
Experience Creation
* Lead by example to create personalized client experiences and foster long-term relationships
* Embrace digital shopping trends and the omni-channel journey
* Resolve client service complaints holistically to ensure satisfaction
* Equip the team with tools and training for excellent client experiences
* Maintain visual merchandising standards and a welcoming environment
Brand Ambassador
* Possess strong knowledge of the brand and share its heritage with clients and the team
* Implement training and pursue self-learning to deepen brand and beauty culture
