This wonderful, school is seeking a passionate and experienced Year 3/4 Teacher to join their vibrant and supportive primary school in Basildon, Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a friendly, dedicated team where your contribution will have a direct impact on the development and well-being of our students. The successful candidate will join us on a permanent contract starting in September 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons for Year 3/4 students across the curriculum
* Ensure that all pupils achieve their best and make good progress
* Provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
* Work closely with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support the students' development
* Participate in school events, parent meetings, and staff development opportunities
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
* Has proven experience teaching within Key Stage 2, particularly Year 3 and/or Year4
* Is passionate about creating an inspiring and engaging classroom environment
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Is committed to promoting the academic and personal development of every child
* Has a strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment requirements
