Reporting into our Financial Crime Practice capability. In this role you will play a pivotal leadership role to drive the performance of our Financial Crime teams and support the business growth through identifying opportunities to help solve our customer challenges across EMEA. This role will help shape our permanent capability and will have oversight of our Financial Crime bench.
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 3 years operational management experience and have proven technical expertise across Financial Crime/AML.
Responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships with the objective of being a trusted business partner.
• Drives and Leads Operational Excellence – identifying ways to drive cost benefits for the business and our clients.
• Ensuring end-to-end contractual compliance of the run services.
• Has vision of overall strategies and identifies further service/project opportunities to grow business & revenue.
• Maintains compliance to regulatory obligations and ensures that operations are delivered securely.
• Accountable for performance of teams across TGS Capability and ensures agreed service targets are being met, offering proactive solutions to our clients to help resolve business challenges.
• Broad based knowledge of business practices, processes, tools, techniques, and technologies in use across the Financial Services industry and a regulated environment •
• Strong organizational and Project Management skills
• Experience of working with multiple stakeholders both internal and external, including executives and senior leaders
