Location
Oval, London (UK)
Working Pattern
We're based in London (Kennington/Oval) and work a hybrid schedule — typically in the office Tuesday to Thursday, with Mondays and Fridays at home. We want people who enjoy being around their colleagues and value the energy of a shared space, without sacrificing flexibility. There'll also be occasional onsite visits with clients, which come with the territory in a role like this.
About the Role
Decision Focus is growing fast, and we're looking for an Implementation Consultant to join the team. If you enjoy seeing a project through from kickoff to go-live, building real relationships with clients along the way, and working somewhere you're trusted to get on with things — this could be a great fit.
You'll be right at the heart of how we deliver for our clients, configuring the DF Platform to meet their needs, managing your own implementations, and becoming the kind of person clients genuinely want to pick up the phone to. It's a varied role that gives you real exposure to the business — from pre-sales support to working directly with our development teams on platform improvements.
You won't be thrown in at the deep end without support. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, have access to a collaborative cross-functional team, and be part of a culture where people help each other out — without anyone standing on ceremony.
What You'll Be Getting Involved In
Delivering Client Implementations
Take ownership of your own client implementations from start to finish — from planning through to go-live. You'll engage directly with clients to understand their GRC requirements, review their existing frameworks and controls, and translate that knowledge into a platform configuration that actually fits how they work — not just a generic setup.
Manage timelines, milestones, and actions with the kind of rigour that keeps clients confident and projects on track.
Being the Client's Go-To
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and become someone clients genuinely rely on in the GRC space. That means responding to queries promptly, keeping communication clear, and knowing when to escalate.
Translate the technical into the human. Our clients aren't always technical, and being able to bridge that gap is a big part of what makes someone great in this role.
Working With the Team
Collaborate across pre-sales, development, and project teams to make sure implementations land well and client feedback shapes how we improve.
Contribute your on-the-ground perspective. If you spot something that could work better, say so — that kind of input matters here.
Contributing to the Bigger Picture
As we continue to grow across Europe, there's real scope for this role to evolve. We want people who are interested in the journey, not just the next milestone.
What We're Looking For
Your Experience
Experience in implementation, professional services, technical support, or project management — ideally within a SaaS business.
A track record of delivering client-facing work, managing multiple projects at once, and keeping stakeholders in the loop without needing to be chased.
Familiarity with the GRC space would be a bonus, but it's not essential — we'll give you what you need to get up to speed.
A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, though we care more about how you work than what's on your CV.
How You Work
You're organised and proactive — you stay ahead of your projects rather than catching up with them.
You're a clear communicator, in writing and in person, and you know how to adjust your style depending on who you're talking to.
You solve problems rather than pass them on, and you're not afraid to ask for help when you need it.
You'll thrive in a flat, transparent culture where everyone mucks in and the best ideas win — regardless of who they come from.
The Basics
Fluent in English, written and spoken. Additional language skills — particularly Danish or Romanian — are a genuine plus given our offices in Copenhagen and Bucharest.
Comfortable with technology platforms and happy to learn new tools as the business evolves.
What We Offer
A salary that reflects your experience — we're recruiting across a range from junior to senior level, so we'll be guided by what you bring.
Pension contribution.
A genuinely great team to work with, regular socials, and a culture where people look out for each other.
A Bit More About Us
Decision Focus was founded in 2004, and since shifting our strategy in 2019 we've grown 40–50% year on year — driven largely by our UK and US financial services clients. We're profitable, debt-free, and recently made our first acquisition, with more European expansion on the horizon.
We're a team of 75 people across the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Romania, South Africa, and Denmark — 40 of us in the UK. We work hard, we're proud of what we've built, and we genuinely enjoy working together. If that sounds like the kind of place you'd like to be, we'd love to hear from you.
