Hale Community and Youth Centre is a vibrant, inclusive charity offering activities, services and meeting spaces for people of all ages. Our Youth Centre is a flagship part of who we are, providing a safe and engaging space for young people.
Were looking for a proactive, community-minded Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day running of the Centre and help shape its future.
What youll do
* Manage the smooth, safe and effective running of the Centre
* Support staff, contractors and volunteers
* Oversee safeguarding, Health & Safety and compliance
* Build strong relationships with partners and the community
* Lead income generation, fundraising and marketing
* Support high-quality projects and youth provision
About you
* Experienced in managing people and projects
* Confident in fundraising, income generation or marketing
* Strong relationship-builder
* Organised, adaptable and community-focused
* Motivated by making a positive difference
Experience with youth services is desirable, not essential.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
