Role: Business Support Assistant Level 2
We are seeking a part-time Business Support Assistant Level 2 to join our team.
Note: The salary shown is for full-time employment and will be pro-rated based on your working hours.
About the role:
The Business Support Teams provide shared support services to executives, managers, and professional teams across AfC, utilizing common processes and digital practices to meet business needs and deliverables outlined in SLAs.
The Business Support Assistant will perform administrative duties under the supervision of the Business Support Manager and Deputy within the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Service. For more information, please contact Charlotte Mayers via email for an informal discussion.
About you:
The role is fast-paced and requires working with a variety of customers. The ideal candidate will have:

* Strong organizational skills, including time management, creative thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking.
* The ability to work well under pressure and be flexible.
* Proficiency in technology to perform functions accurately and timely.
* Experience inputting repetitive data regularly.
