What you will do
* Manage cases transferred from the Duty and Assessment Team at the initial child protection conference or first Child in Need meeting, maintaining these cases until closure.
* If cases escape to court or involve long-term care, they will be transferred to the Children in Care Teams.
* Work with a diverse range of children and young people, addressing varying levels of need.
* Contribute to the development and enhancement of practice areas, interacting with a wide network of professionals and stakeholders.
* Provide essential support to children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being.
