Corporate Receptionist
Based: On site Rolls-Royce Warrington

Wed 12pm – 5pm Thurs 8am – 5pm Fri 8am – 2pm
What this job involves:
As a Part Time Corporate Receptionist at JLL in Warrington, you'll play a crucial role in shaping a brighter way for our client Rolls-Royce and fellow employees in the UK.
The key focus for this role will be to create a single and visual point of contact for client visitors and employees and to act as the primary interface between the internal operations of stakeholders and its clients. Providing services to the highest possible standards as well as representing the client (Rolls-Royce) and JLL values in appearance, presentation and manners.
What your day-to-day will look like:
* To ensure all guests receive an excellent welcome and consistently deliver a great service, portraying a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour always, using open and appropriate body language.
* Ensure consistent, high-quality support is supplied to the business.
* To effectively deliver to all guests, Health and Safety and building information as necessary including evacuation procedure upon arrival and HSE inductions.
* To ensure familiarity of the office day to day operations and how to manage events as and when they arise.
* To obtain knowledge of all key stakeholders eg. Birchwood Park Management Team, JLL’s operations and engineering team and how they support the day-to-day operations of the office and the contractual arrangements under which they provide services eg. service level agreements re attendance and service offerings.
* To efficiently report any maintenance, IT or Health and Safety concerns and assist with the safe closure of events.
* To undertake the role of fire marshal and support the Health and Safety Directorate with communications and requests to ensure that the service of fire marshals and first aiders within the office is always maintained
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a receptionist or customer service role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanour
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a corporate office environment in the UK
• Knowledge of visitor management systems
• Experience with handling confidential information
• Familiarity with basic office equipment and technologies
• Flexibility to occasionally work extended hours if needed
