Location: Birmingham B26 3QN Duration: Until the end of 2025 Full time onsite 5 days a week International and National visitor management Communicating with stakeholders including; visitors, approving managers, suppliers and customers to ensure seamless visits in support of the programme need Coordinating through appropriate functions; Travel approvals, VISAs, Site access passes, Covid testing etc Ensure sufficient office resources in place for personnel by coordinating equipment requests and seating plans within assigned facility space Maintaining onsite org charts and distribution lists to ensure effective team communications Maintain team Out of Office Calendar/Schedule Report relevant staff status info into Leadership forums, to inform decision making Project governance support Compile inputs from onsite functions to generate status reports for key leadership forums Attend key leadership forums e.g. internal Production PMM and /Supplier Tier 3 to capture and manage actions and present-out Staffing & Visitor status Act as delegate facilitator for key leadership forums Maintain archive of key leadership forum output reports for future reference and to ensure quality audit compliance Project Management (PM) support Provide PM support to onsite leadership team in support of production, to include planning and execution of assigned discrete projects, typically problem solving and functionally collaborative in nature Participate in budget reviews Contribute to the maintenance and management of production milestones and key events schedule Contribute to the maintenance and management of production Risks, Issues and Opportunities management through the BORIS tool Additional (Optional) responsibilities Co-Lead / Support site Charitable, Well-being and Continuous Improvement initiatives Contribute to wider E7 programme forums eg All Hands and News Letters Mastery/Development of Key Skills The role will provide exceptional insight to how the client production system operates, from functional integration, technical and commercial management and data flows. The role will see the aircraft physically progress through the build process, and provide exposure to the support team discussions that enable its completion As a member of the onsite Leadership Team (LT) Office, the role will provide exposure to LT decision making and direct Supplier engagement. This will provide valuable insight to effective management techniques as well as opportunities to hone skills through contribution as appropriate As a member of the Programme function, the role will require collaboration across functions and Organisational boundaries to break down silos and drive results, thus will hone skills in Stakeholder management, facilitation and communication style as a functional integrator Supporting the Production Project Manager, the role will provide insight and opportunity to gain experience in Programme Management Best Practice (PMBP) Indotronix is an Equal Opportunity Employer
