This is a really exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company. This is a National Account Manager position for an exciting, high-growth FMCG brand. You will be responsible for the full commercial strategy, encompassing full P&L ownership and Account Management for major eCommerce customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full P&L ownership and Account Management for key digital retailers and aggregators, including Amazon UK, Amazon EU, Ocado, Zapp,
2. Leading Joint Business Plan (JBP) negotiations for all customers.
3. Managing the Amazon agency, ensuring a clear, engaged relationship and prompt communication of our internal strategy.
4. Activating key marketing calendar moments and occasion marketing across all customers.
5. Effective evaluation of promotional performance and developing recommendations to maximise the promotional mix ongoing for all customers.
6. Targeting against forecasting, trade activations, ESG, and overall account growth.
7. Working cross-functionally to achieve and excel account KPIs (e.g., Chargebacks and media ROI).
8. Exploring and creating new business opportunities in aggregators, marketplaces, and new markets.
9. Utilising customer systems and market data to influence promotions, marketing, and availability.
