We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bid Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the bid process, ensuring that our proposals are compelling, competitive, and aligned with our strategic objectives. Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end bid management process, from initial opportunity assessment through to submission and post-bid review.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources for bid preparation.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive bid library, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and accessible.
* Analyse customer requirements and tailor proposals to meet their specific needs.
* Monitor bid deadlines and ensure timely submission of all documentation.
* Conduct risk assessments on bids and propose mitigation strategies.
* Maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the bidding process.
* Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track bid progress and manage client interactions effectively.
Skills
* Proven experience in bid management or a similar role within a competitive environment.
* Strong proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software is highly desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to present complex information clearly.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
* A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.
