About the role:
As fashion department manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running, commercial success, and customer experience of the fashion department.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, developing and inspiring your team to deliver excellent service and performance
Managing seasonal ranges, trend-led displays, and inspiring visual merchandising
Drive sales and profitability through clear KPIs, commercial planning, and strategic decision-making
Monitor stock levels, manage EPOS accuracy, and use sales and profit reports to optimise performance
Maintain high store standards in line with company guidelines
Implement strategic changes to support departmental growth
Collaborate with the wider management team to support overall store success

Strong visual merchandising skills with a commercial, trend-aware mindset
Hands-on leadership style with experience motivating and developing teams
Confidence in interpreting sales data and acting decisively
