Vibra Energy is a PAS2030 and PAS2035 accredited retrofit contractor delivering whole-house decarbonisation across England, including external wall insulation, internal wall insulation, loft insulation, solar PV and low-carbon heating.
We have delivered large-scale ECO4 programmes as a managing agent for Octopus Energy and are now transitioning into council-led and housing-association delivery under the UK Government’s £15bn Warm Homes Plan and SHDF programmes.
We are seeking a senior public-sector specialist to lead this transition and build Vibra into a recognised Local Authority and Housing Association delivery partner.
The Role
This is a senior leadership role responsible for securing Vibra’s position on public-sector frameworks and building long-term delivery partnerships with councils and social housing providers.
You will lead:
Framework and DPS access (e.g. LHC, Fusion21, PfH, Pagabo, EEM, NWCH, CCS)
Local Authority and Housing Association relationships
Warm Homes Plan and SHDF bidding
Strategic partnerships and joint delivery models
