This role has real variety: you’ll be the face of the office and the go-to person for office operations, events, HR support, travel, and vendor management — no two days will be the same! What you’ll be doing · • Events & Culture: Help plan and deliver team socials, office events, and lunches that bring people together. · • Office & Team Support: Keep the office running smoothly — from presentations and expenses to supplies and meeting prep. · • HR & Onboarding: Coordinate with IT and facilities to welcome new joiners, manage inductions and passes, and support placement programmes. · • Travel organisation - Organise meetings, coordinate diaries and travel, make last-minute changes with ease. · • Vendors & Facilities: Manage relationships with suppliers, oversee contracts, track invoices, and keep shared spaces in top shape. · • Reception & Meetings: Be the welcoming face of the office, greeting guests and setting up meeting rooms/Zoom calls.
