Inclusion Support Assistant Chaselea Alternative Provision Academy Permanent, Full Time Inclusion Support Assistant Grade 4 SCP 5-6 (£25,583 - £25,989 FTE) We are advertising for a stand-out candidate to join our staff as an Inclusion Support Assistant. We are looking for the right person – someone who understands the needs of SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) pupils and be their advocate. Someone who can provide support to the teachers in the care and learning of our pupils. Someone who sees SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) as an opportunity rather than a barrier.
