THE PERSON
* Qualified Teacher (QTS/QTLS/PGCE) preferred
* Experience of teaching to secondary class/group an advantage
* Ability to prepare and deliver appropriate curriculum using a range of teaching styles and methodologies
* Experience within an SEN setting essential
* You will be required to work across school sites and on outreach in South Devon; therefore you must be able to drive and have use of your own vehicle
THE JOB
* Undertake subject teaching responsibility and ensure all pupils develop their knowledge and skills and make good progress in their learning
* Work with the Head Teacher and Leadership team to deliver a sequenced curriculum which builds knowledge and skills towards agreed end points
* Effectively monitor the progress of each pupil, checking their understanding systematically and effectively, putting in place clearly directed and timely interventions

Salary
£25,920 - £36,300 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience. Benefits include company pension scheme, online GP, retail discounts, employee assistance and wellbeing programmes, free eye tests.
