A leading real estate business, is seeking experienced
Business Process Analysts
to support the successful implementation of a new ERP solution D365 F&O. This role is pivotal in shaping the future ways of working across the organisation by producing comprehensive documentation of core business processes, policies, and standard operating procedures.
You will work closely with Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define and document the "To Be" processes enabled by the new technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop detailed process documentation including Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk and Controls Matrices (RACMs), and flowcharts.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and Real Estate functions to capture operational and control-related information.
* Support the definition of KPIs and controls in partnership with the wider Project Team.
* Ensure documentation is clear, consistent, and aligned with the business' future operating model.
Skills & Experience Required
* Strong written communication skills with the ability to document complex processes clearly and concisely.
* High attention to detail and a methodical approach to identifying gaps or inconsistencies.
* Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with SMEs across multiple European locations.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and control points within business processes.
* Project management capabilities, including coordination of inputs and meeting deadlines.
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience in the Real Estate sector is highly desirable including experience with Yardi or Yavica.
