About This Role
The University of Wolverhampton is seeking an International and UK New Business Manager to support the growth of UK and transnational education (TNE) partnerships. This target‑driven business development role focuses on identifying, developing, and securing new partnership opportunities across UK and international markets. You will support commercial proposals, manage the partnership pipeline, contribute to negotiations and approvals, represent the University with external partners and sector bodies, and will be required to travel internationally and across the UK. The role involves some evening and weekend work.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within UK, International or TNE markets.
* Experience working with collaborative partnerships, preferably within Higher Education.
* Strong communication, stakeholder‑management and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of HE governance, quality assurance and partnership approval processes.
* The ability to make highly effective presentations to both internal and external audiences and stakeholders.
* A postgraduate qualification (or working towards one).
* The ability to develop your contact base into commercial opportunities.
