About the Role
Clerical Officer in the Acute & Diagnostic Administration team within the Front of House service at DGRI / MHTC.
Location: Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary (DGRI) / Mountainhall Treatment Centre (MHTC)
Hours: 15 hours per week – Saturday & Sunday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide reception, administrative, and clerical support in designated areas.
* Work closely with clinical teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation, including discharge paperwork and electronic case notes.
* Support service objectives by assisting in various areas as required.

* PVG clearance required.
Additional Information
* Full support will be provided by colleagues, Team Leaders, and Administration Services Managers.
* Because administration support operates 7 days per week, flexibility is essential; you may be required to cover other shifts during periods of sickness/leave.
