We are Adaptive.
We design, build, and run bespoke, real-time, front-to-back technology for tier-one investment banks and commodity trading firms. The work is complex, fast, and meaningful — and we take pride in doing it properly.
What makes this possible is not just great engineering, but the teams behind it. Our back-office functions are deeply embedded in the business, shaping how we scale, decide, and move.
We're now hiring a BI Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team in London or Barcelona.
This team sits at the heart of the company. We turn raw data into clarity, alignment, and momentum. We don't just report numbers: we define what they mean, make them trusted, and put them in the hands of people who need them.
You'll report directly to our Head of Data & Analytics.
