About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experiencedFabric Technician to join a leading building services maintenance company, working on a prestigious contract at Heathrow Airport. Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out a wide range of fabric maintenance duties, including:
* Carpentry
* Painting and decorating
* Replacing ceiling tiles
* Laying carpet tiles
* Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works in line with SLAs, KPIs, and CPIs
* Identify and immediately report any potentially dangerous situations
* Order materials and services using the company ordering system
* Update job sheets and records to confirm satisfactory completion of works
* Maintain high Health & Safety standards, adhering to HSSE policies at all times
* Ensure PPE and tools are kept safe, secure, and in good condition
* Work closely with subcontractors, including monitoring works during service visits where required
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial maintenance
2. Strong fabric and carpentry skillset
