REMOTE WITH TRAVEL AROUND THE MIDLANDS
We are seeking a qualified assessor/tutor or an industry-qualified engineer to support apprenticeships in the Midlands. The role involves traveling nationally to deliver high-quality assessment and support at Levels 2, 3, and 4 in Apprenticeship Standards.
Main Duties:
1. Support and assess apprentices using a blended learning approach, overseeing their development throughout training.
2. Provide guidance and support to learners.
3. Collaborate effectively within the engineering team and other departments.
4. Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining registers, schemes of work, assessments, and reports.
5. Ensure safe working practices are observed by all.
6. Prepare and submit reports as required by management.
7. Assist in recruiting learners, including interviews and enrollments.
8. Develop curriculum support materials.
9. Organize and monitor work experience placements and liaise with industry partners.
10. Uphold principles of equality and diversity.
11. Maintain plant and machinery where applicable.

4. Obtain First Aider qualification.
