We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEND Learning Support Assistants who are confident in supporting pupils aged 2–19 with severe learning disabilities (SLD) and profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD). Many of our pupils also have co-existing needs such as autistic spectrum condition (ASC) or complex medical requirements, so a calm, proactive approach is essential.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ CACHE Level 2/3 (or equivalent), or a minimum of 6 months experience supporting children or young people with additional needs in an educational, care, or specialist setting.
✅ Confidence in supporting pupils with a wide range of complex needs, including SLD, PMLD, ASC, communication difficulties, sensory needs, and/or medical requirements.
✅ Ability to promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation, using de-escalation techniques and consistent, nurturing approaches to help pupils remain engaged and ready to learn.
✅ Flexibility to work across different classes, key stages, and need types, supporting pupils aged 2–19 and adapting to a variety of routines, learning activities, and therapy-led environments
