This role is ideal for someone with strong industry experience from a BAFE, NSI, SSAIB or FIA aligned Fire & Security company, who understands service delivery, compliance, and supporting/ managing service engineers in the field. The Role - Fire and Security Service Manager/ Service Delivery Manager - East Midlands You will lead the service function, ensuring customers receive an excellent standard of maintenance, response, and communication. Working closely with engineers, coordinators, and management, you'll oversee day to day service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
