Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to work full time, covering the M62 corridor. Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, this role will focus on developing and growing profitable customer relationships.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers, supporting their engineering and procurement teams through a consultative, relationship-based sales approach. Knowledge of Fluid Power and Power Transmission products is essential to be successful in this position.
Regional Sales Manager Job Overview
* Profitably grow share-of-spend with existing customers while identifying and converting new customer opportunities within the assigned region.
* Build strong relationships with customer decision makers across engineering, maintenance, facilities management, quality, and procurement functions.
* Conduct daily in-person and virtual customer meetings, with a minimum of three days per week on the road.
* Follow sales process from lead qualification through to conversion, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
* Build and manage a sales pipeline and support accurate monthly and annual sales forecasting.
