Description
Key responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include:
Providing comprehensive support to the CEO, CFO, and occasionally to the wider Senior Management Team
Manage diaries, organise meetings and appointments
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications and presentations
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Manage projects and conduct research as required
Handle confidential information with discretion
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the officeProfile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
Experience working as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Strong organisational and time management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
