We're expanding our Metering team and looking for field-based professionals to help deliver smarter energy solutions across the UK.
No technical experience? Full training provided.
Responsibilities
* Support customers before and after smart meter installs
* Explain meter usage clearly and confidently
* Reconnect meters and replace SIMs, modems, batteries and aerials
* Promote energy-saving habits
* Complete site surveys and update records via tablet
Qualifications
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Self-motivated and organised
* Comfortable using tools and working at height
* Full UK driving licence
* Local area knowledge
