About the role of Assistant Site Manager
You will be working with an established house builder, working alongside their current team on a site in Preston which will consist of up to 130 traditional build, open market units. They are based in Preston, and specialise in 3-5 bed, high end developments.
Responsibilities for Assistant Site Manager
* Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the management of work activities and trade subcontractors on site, safety and quality.
* Management and coordination of sub-contract trades.
* Ensuring company standards followed for health and safety.
* Coordination and progress meetings.
Requirements for Assistant Site Manager
* A proven track record of delivery as an Assistant Site Manager within the new build housing sector.
* You will have traditional build experience.
* Relevant industry qualifications and certificates.
