About the Role As a Learning Support Worker in Newport, you will work alongside teachers and specialist staff to provide tailored support for pupils with a range of special educational needs (SEN) and additional learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs. You will play a vital role in helping pupils achieve their academic potential while supporting their emotional, social, and personal development in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive school environment.
