For over 25 years, we've helped protect tens of thousands of individuals experiencing domestic abuse, sexual violence, exploitation, hate crime and more. Our Dyn Project is the only service of its kind in Wales supporting heterosexua l, gay, bi and trans men experiencing domestic abuse. And now, were expanding our team. Were looking for an Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) whos committed, motivated and ready to change lives. What Youll Do As part of the Dyn team, youll provide specialist, trauma informed, gender specific support to male victims of domestic or sexual violence. Your role will include: Delivering holistic, client centred support Running an effective and supportive helpline for male victims Working in partnership with multi agency teams to safeguard clients Delivering training to professionals to raise awareness Helping shape the future of our services at Safer Wales What You Bring Wed love to hear from you if you have: Experience in safeguarding or a related support setting A strong understanding of domestic & sexual violence dynamics Confidence working within multi agency partnerships Great communication and presentation skills A passion for supporting men whose needs are often overlooked Why Work With Us?
