About the Role
As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administration of our busy workshop and fleet services. You'll ensure that vehicles, documentation, and processes are managed efficiently to keep our fleet compliant, maintained, and road-ready.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing workshop schedules, bookings
* Daily invoicing
* Coordinating vehicle servicing, MOTs, inspections, and repairs
* Maintaining accurate fleet records and compliance documentation
* Processing invoices, purchase orders, and supplier communications
* Liaising with drivers, technicians, and management
* Ensuring adherence to health & safety and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in fleet, workshop, or transport administration (preferred)
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management systems
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
