Location:Site 5, Hill Barton Industrial Estate, Exeter
Salary:£40,000 per annum (OTE £45,000)
Hours:Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 18:00 (42.5 hours per week)

What You’ll Do:
* Maximise efficiencies within the operations department, with cost control and customer service levels in balance
* Support volume and GP growth of fleet through coordination & Communications of the operations department.
* Maximise fleet sales volume via communication of customer service, brokers, OEM, fleet management companies, funders and customers.
* Supporting the systems development for all Site 5 development needs
* Identifies training and development needs for self and management team as part of the performance management process.

About You:
* Previous experience within a operations environment
* Motor industry experience
* Strong customer service experience and focus
* Proven ability to analyse data for operational improvement and cost-saving initiatives
* Excellent administrative and IT skills, with experience in logistics systems
