Job Description: Lead, ETF Product Management 15-month Fixed Term Contract An opportunity has arisen for a talented individual with strong organisational and inter-personal skills to join the EMEA Product Team driving the management, governance and development of product initiatives for Dimensional. The cross-functional role will primarily support regulatory related initiatives for Dimensional’s Irish and UK UCITS, UCITS ETFs and Models, but also provide support for separate accounts, models, client onboarding and other product related initiatives. The role will report into the Vice President, Product Management, but will be required to work closely with the EMEA Executive, Legal, Compliance and Sales teams to deliver on the responsibilities of the role. The successful candidate will need to foster close, co-operative relationships with peers in global offices and other Dimensional departments such as Finance, Investment Engineering, Portfolio Management and Investment Operations. The successful candidate will need to be adaptable as day-to-day requirements of the role will vary. Responsibilities: Product Management Support ETF, mutual fund and share class launches, country registrations, fund changes, mergers and closures. Support the launch of guidance, strategist and discretionary models for the EMEA region. Support the preparation of business cases for product related initiatives. Regulatory Initiatives Support the implementation of product related regulations. Support the production of regulatory product reports relating to initiatives such as: MiFID quarterly and annual reporting. Irish Funds CP86 Report. UK Consumer Duty Reporting. Assessment of Value Reporting. UK Stewardship Code Report Distribution Support separate account and complex institutional fund onboarding requests. Co-ordinating and responding to clients and prospects on product related questions. Requirements: Undergraduate degree, or equivalent, preferably in finance or economics. Experience in stakeholder management from an asset management or consulting background. Understanding of European / UK fund solutions and distribution is required. Intermediate skills using the Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Excel. Well organised, with good project management skills. Effective inter-personal skills to develop partnerships across the firm. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent English. German and Dutch would be well regarded.
