* Ensure consistent use of JIRA and Confluence across teams.
* Communicate team progress and intent at delivery boards and working groups.
* Protect teams from distractions and foster a high-performing, motivated environment.
* Promote urgency and pace to meet critical delivery milestones.
We are looking for :
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master
* Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams across complex programmes.
* Familiarity with agile tooling (JIRA, Confluence).
* Resilience
* Ability to drive delivery momentum while maintaining team wellbeing.
