Key responsibilities of the Assistant Manager:
Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of pub operations
Lead, motivate, and develop front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service
Ensure consistently high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and presentation
Support scheduling, labour control, budgeting, and stock management
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures
