Salary: Up to £47,000.00

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Key Account Manager to take ownership of strategic customer relationships and grow revenue through existing accounts. This role will be key in maintaining client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring clients receive outstanding service.
Your Tasks
Take commercial ownership of client relationships, overseeing P&L and ensuring pricing and profitability align with financial targets.
Provide oversight of service delivery and operations, monitoring SLA adherence, KPI variance, and client satisfaction surveys.
Prepare and lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, chairing client meetings as needed.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project management for new business introductions or client projects.
Drive account evolution and growth through strategic planning and identifying opportunities for additional solutions.
Proactively identify and address risks and issues, developing mitigation plans and contingencies as needed.
Manage and resolve account escalations in a timely manner.
Lead and develop a high-performing team dedicated to client success.
Your Profile
Proven track record in customer account management, with a focus on resolving complaints and improving solutions.
Essential- background in 3PL, Logistics or Distribution.
Knowledge of Fashion based clients would be an advantage.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of developing and motivating teams.
P&L management would be advantageous.
