What you'll be doing:
Greeting visitors and managing the front desk
Answering and directing calls
Handling incoming and outgoing post
Booking meeting rooms and managing diaries
General admin support, including Excel for basic spreadsheets
Maintaining a professional and welcoming environmentWhat we need from you:
✔ Previous reception or front-of-house experience
✔ Strong communication and organisational skills
✔ Confident with IT systems (including Excel)
✔ Car driver essential for flexibility across sites
