Julian Rogers Auto Services Ltd is an established independent garage in Gloucester city centre. We are looking for an experienced Senior Technician to join our friendly and professional team of skilled technicians and service receptionists.
Duties & Responsibilities
Diagnose vehicle faults using modern diagnostic equipmentCarry out servicing and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including light commercial vansRepairs to include brakes, steering, suspension, clutches, timing belts and timing chainsWork independently while maintaining high standards of workmanshipTake a lead role within the workshopConfidently deal with customers face to face, explaining work required and completed
Requirements
Proven experience as a senior or highly skilled vehicle technicianStrong diagnostic skillsCompetent in all aspects of vehicle servicing and repairAble to work independently and manage workloadConfident customer-facing mannerMOT testing licence preferred but not essentialFull UK driving licence requiredMust have own comprehensive hand tool kit (specialist tools supplied)
