Protocol Education is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in the CO4 area to recruit a qualified Year 3 Teacher for a supply role starting in September. This is a great opportunity for a flexible, confident teacher who enjoys making an immediate impact in the classroom.
The Role
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons to a Year 3 class, in line with the national curriculum
* Create a positive, well‑managed learning environment
* Support pupil progress and maintain continuity of learning
* Adapt quickly to different school settings and work collaboratively with staff
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 3
* Confident, adaptable, and classroom‑ready
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
