We are seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join our dynamic Sales Team at Glenfield Invicta in either Maidstone or Kilmarnock. You’ll play a key role in supporting customers, preparing detailed quotations, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the smooth handling of enquiries and tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming sales enquiries via phone and email.

Prepare and submit tender bids across key market segments.

Deliver timely and accurate customer quotations.

Support external sales colleagues in retaining existing customers and securing new business.

Ensure customer enquiries are handled swiftly and professionally.

Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.

Liaise with suppliers and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Promote company branding, quality, and unique selling points through effective communication.
