About the Role
As a Maintenance Management Consultant, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering improvement projects that make a real difference to our clients' operations. You'll assess maintenance practices, identify opportunities for efficiency and reliability gains, and guide clients through transformation programmes.
This is a dynamic, client-facing role that may involve international travel and collaboration with teams across different cultures.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose maintenance and asset management performance issues through site assessments and data analysis.
* Develop tailored maintenance strategies and improvement roadmaps aligned to client goals.
* Support the implementation and optimization of CMMS / EAM systems (e.g. SAP PM, Maximo, Infor, etc.).
* Drive initiatives in preventive and predictive maintenance, RCM, TPM, and lean maintenance.
* Deliver client workshops, training, and coaching sessions to embed best practices.
* Define KPIs and performance dashboards to measure progress and results.
* Collaborate with colleagues and client teams across multiple countries to deliver high-impact projects.
What You Bring
* Degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related technical discipline.
* 5+ years' experience in maintenance, reliability, or asset management—preferably in manufacturing or facilities management environments.
* Strong understanding of maintenance improvement methodologies (RCM, TPM, Lean).
* Experience implementing or enhancing CMMS / EAM systems.
* Delivering energy savings and energy efficiency programmes
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills.
* Willingness to travel internationally for client assignments.
* Language skills in German, French, or Spanish are a strong advantage.
* Professional certifications such as CMRP, IAM are desirable.
