Manufacturing Facilities Manager Warwickshire Circa £32 per hour Initially 9-month contract Certain Advantage is partnering with a leading automotive company to recruit an experienced Facilities Management Professional to support the planning, coordination, and oversight of manufacturing facility operations and improvements. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organise, and schedule the design, maintenance, construction, renovation, and repair of manufacturing facilities and equipment. Develop and implement programs to meet current and future space and facility requirements. Monitor and inspect buildings and utility systems to ensure full operational readiness and adherence to preventive maintenance schedules. Prepare cost estimates for building renovations and space reallocations. Evaluate completed work to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. Support or lead safety and/or security functions within the facilities. Work independently under general supervision, applying practical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems.
