About the Role Reporting to the Head of Business Unit, the Planning & Control Lead plays a pivotal role within Operations, orchestrating the activities of the Business Unit to ensure products are manufactured and delivered on time to customer requirements. This includes managing the internal supply of forgings to the Machining BU, ensuring accurate capacity planning, maintaining disciplined WIP control and supporting strategic SIOP analysis. You will create and maintain 13‑week time‑phased manufacturing plans in EFACS, control short‑term production schedules and respond dynamically to customer, material or operational changes. This role supports the alignment of capacity, resources and demand and ensures the effective integration of new products into the manufacturing workflow through NPI.
