Repairs & Maintenance Team Leader needed in Loughborough Paying £14.50 per hr ref OR23172 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities Oversee repairs and adaptations in voids from initial inspection through to completion. Manage decant repairs and support complex cases such as disrepair and property adaptations. Lead and support the in-house voids team, ensuring effective resource planning and delivery. Manage and monitor external contractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship and value for money. Analyse performance data, contractor KPIs, and customer insights to drive improvements. Work closely with colleagues across the service to enhance compliance, service standards, and operational efficiency. Ensure all works comply with Health & Safety regulations, SOR codes, and organisational policies. Contribute to service development and performance improvements across voids and decants.
