Job Title: Care Professional at Home Instead Warrington and Lymm
Home Instead Warrington and Lymm are looking to expand their team of Care professionals.
Role Overview: As a Care Professional, you will play a crucial role in providing relationship-led care for our clients. Your responsibilities will include supporting their daily living, medication management, assisting with hygiene routines, providing companionship, and light housekeeping tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
2. Administer medication
3. Assist with mobility
4. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
5. Perform light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying
Requirements:
1. Compassionate and caring attitude towards others
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work independently
4. Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
5. Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle to reach clients' locations
