Shift Details: There are two positions available: one with 30 hours per week and another with 37.5 hours per week.

About the Role
Your role as a Housekeeping Assistant will involve working as part of a team to ensure all standards of cleanliness and laundry are maintained within the home. You will operate according to our standard procedures for housekeeping and laundry, ensuring hotel service standards are upheld. Other responsibilities include:
* Carrying out all cleaning duties according to worksheet instructions.
* Understanding the cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings, and the properties of cleaning materials, to ensure all areas are well presented and maintained.
* Respecting residents' dignity, personal space, and belongings at all times.
About You
To succeed, you should embody our values of caring, supportiveness, honesty, respect, and accountability. Our ideal candidate will have:
* Knowledge of Health and Safety, including Moving and Handling techniques, Fire Safety, and COSHH assessments.
* Experience in cleaning laundry in a public setting.
* Demonstrated compassion and commitment to delivering high-quality housekeeping and laundry services to residents.
* Flexibility and adaptability to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
