You'll be joining a well-established organisation operating within the construction and civil engineering sector, delivering major residential, commercial, educational, and infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland.
About you
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a communications, PR, or marketing role
* Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe Illustrator
* Confident producing professional, on-brand content across multiple channels
* Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working collaboratively across departments
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Desirable: third-level qualification in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing
What you'll do
* Deliver engaging internal communications to keep employees informed and connected
* Manage newsletters, SharePoint content, company updates, and branded materials
* Create and schedule external communications, including social media and website content
* Support press releases, media engagement, and quarterly SHEQ updates
* Act as a brand ambassador, supporting project teams with consistent messaging
* Assist with business development and tender communications, including case studies and submissions
* Coordinate events, manage contact lists, and gather client feedback for reporting
