Pear Recruitment – Senior Lettings Negotiator – Medway
Salary – £20,000 - £24,000 (Depending on Experience) - OTE up to £36K
Hours – 5-day week, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm
Driver & Own Car required

Due to continued success, they are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their busy and thriving team based in Medway.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client communications in a professional, efficient, and timely manner
* Deliver consistently high standards of customer service to both landlords and tenants
* Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, showcasing properties effectively
* Follow up promptly on all viewings and provide detailed, constructive feedback to landlords
* Support tenants throughout the referencing and application process
* Respond to general enquiries from prospective tenants and landlords with accuracy and professionalism
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all compliance and regulatory procedures are adhered to
