Production Operative / Hose Assembly Technician We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to join our team as a Production Operative in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This role requires excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities: Assemble straight hoses up to 4 metres in length using a laith Log and process all work accurately through the company’s ERP system Ensure all products meet stringent quality standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment Requirements: Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic Possess basic computer skills (essential) Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively within a team Previous manufacturing or machinery operation experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided What We’re Looking For: A positive attitude and eagerness to learn Practicality and comfort with hands-on tasks Good attention to detail This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team committed to training and development.
